As an Emory student, you will need an EmoryCard. Not only does it serve to identify you as a member of the Emory Community, but it is also required for access to campus services (i.e. library, building entry, recreation centers).

You need to have your EmoryCard ready when the semester begins. Keep reading for instructions on obtaining an EmoryCard and information about pick-up.

Submit a Photo

New students are required to have photo uploaded and approved before the end of July, so that your EmoryCard will be available to you before orientation (we will have an exact deadline later in the spring).  Some programs may have an earlier deadline; please contact your program administrator for details.

Follow the instructions at the link below for guidance and instructions:

Pick up Your EmoryCard

EmoryCards will be available for pick-up with your program in August, shortly before LGS Orientation.  Watch for emails and updates to this page for specific dates.  In order to pick up your EmoryCard, you must present a government-issued Photo ID (i.e. driver’s license, passport, or something similar) to verify your identity.
