The New Thinkers/New Leaders Fund is a program in the Graduate School designed to promote interdisciplinary innovation, intellectual enrichment, creative explorations in pedagogy and career pathways, and improvement to the climate and quality of graduate education.

The Graduate School will provide matching funds to successful proposals. We anticipate that most awards will be $5,000 or less. Applicants must demonstrate commitment from another funding source at time of the request.
Proposals will be reviewed on a rolling basis and should include a brief description of project goals and activities, list of potential participants, and observable outcomes.
Proposals that demonstrate genuine cross-program collaboration in development and planned implementation are especially encouraged. Proposals may be submitted by any tenure-track faculty member in any department or program at Emory, even if that program does not offer a degree in the Graduate School.
